Nixa.io is a tech focused job platform for remote developers. We want to make it easier for you to match with top tech companies worldwide, and cut the time related to multiple screening processes. We believe that finding a new job or a new great project doesn't have to be an exhausting process. That's why we have optimised and automated the process of testing and interviewing - so that the whole process becomes predictable and reliable for both you and the hiring company.

By registering your profile on the platform, you will receive a technical challenge as the first step of the process. This is a technical screening that you only have to complete and pass once - to become visible on the platform. If you pass the technical challenge, you will be asked to complete a short one-way video interview. This is a unique chance for us to get to know you, and learn more about your previous experience. As soon as the screening process is completed, you will be recognised as one of our top talents. You will be matched with top tech companies looking for your type of profile, and start to receive personal invites to meet up.
