Job description
For one of our clients – global leader in creating software for mining industry we’re seeking for active person that will join a dynamic team and will reinforce high-tech transformation of Cracow office.
At this job you will be responsible for:
- Providing high level support for users of Windows 10 & Windows 2016 Server, Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint, SEP, Citrix etc.
- Managing the users with the use of AD, GPO, SCCM, Cisco Prime, Citrix Unified Endpoint Management
- Performing remote and on-site configurations
- Working with external DataCenter on Security & Maintenance upkeep
- Demonstrating initiative and job knowledge by suggesting ideas, discovering new and better ways of accomplishing goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in working with any of the products/technologies: Windows Server 2012/2016 & Windows 7/10, Active Directory, SharePoint;
- Advanced level of English;
- Ability to travel internationally
- Problem-solving attitude and excellent communication skills to effectively support end users
