Nielsen studies consumers in over 100 countries to provide our clients the most complete view of trends and habits worldwide. Our team designs and builds software solutions that enable us to drive insights for our clients
As a Scrum Master you will represent Scrum framework values and Agile practices within the organization and in the development team. As no one understands boundaries and responsibilities of different roles better than you do, you will ensure that everyone is aware of his respective role and that the team is well coached and productive.
In your everyday work you will focus on removing impediments and encourage communication within team and between the team and the outside world of stakeholders.
You will use your set of techniques to facilitate teams work and address any concerns regarding the way we organize our work.
You will be actively participating in building agile work culture and shape company operating model.
It will be your decision to fully focus on Scrum Master role or (depending on team needs and Scrum maturity) deliver features as part of development team.
You will need the following for a smooth start:

- Prior experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous - Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
- You are a developer or former developer.
- Experience with Project Management Software (we are using JIRA but convince us to use better tools)
- Proficiency in business communication in English
