Lead Data Scientist

• Work in an international organization based in Jordan.
• Collaboration with a company that provides innovative digital solutions through custom software development and digital product design.
• Work on a big scale project in the supply and demand analytics field. 
• We have four team members, in the level of intermediate - senior data engineers / data scientists. Plans is to expand the team by adding more (another four) data scientists / engineers.
• Platform (Data bricks with AWS), and coding languages (Python and Scala) are used to support predictive assessments.
• Usually it would be work with time series analysis and predictions, that predicts pricing, demand and supply over time.
• Develop advanced quantitative modules using a variety of programs/software to support predictive assessments.
• Perform complex analyses, including optimization, text analytics, statistical analysis, parametric and non-parametric statistical models and techniques.

• 6+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist.
• Knowledge of data management and visualization techniques.
• A knack for statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Good knowledge of Python.
• Strong leadership skills and a business mindset.

• Contract directly with the client.
• Salary: 200-245 zł/h netto+VAT.
• B2B contract with annual days off (14 days) and sick days off (14 days).
• Cooperation in an English-speaking team.
• Work: hybrid from Cracow, 2 days from the office.
• Process consists of 2-3 stages, as follows:
  1- Technical interview 
  2- Interpersonal interview 
  3- * Optional - Technical assignment - this may take place before or after the technical interview.
