We would like you to
- support business development by identifying effective solutions
- conduct feasibility analysis including data wrangling
- support translation of business requirements into data transformation logic
- design, develop and deploy end-to-end data solutions leveraging ETL tools (i.e. Azure Data Factory, Alteryx) when needed and in accordance with the given requirements
- design and build integrations with multiple data sources, including via web services
- build requested objects in SQL data base
- test and review of data solutions
- support optimization, parametrization and automation efforts
- assess core qualities of the data set and evaluate potential impact on the solution design
- prepare high-quality documentation of the developed solutions
- design and document data process as part of client delivery
- support customers and employees in resolving data issues
- present recommended solutions to the clients
We expect from you
- a strong analytical foundation
- problem-solving, inquisitive and questioning mind
- enthusiasm, drive for excellence and self-development, team player
- proficiency at ETL processes and knowledge of tools such as Azure Data Factory, Alteryx, etc.
- expertise in integration development along with standard data exchange formats (XML, JSON, CSV)
- expertise in Python in the context of data-intensive applications (incl. NumPy, Pandas, etc.)
- strong experience in data modelling concepts
- knowledge of SQL allowing to query data, create data base objects and write stored procedures (t-SQL preferred)
- working experience with DevOps environment and toolset
- ability to create and maintain effective technical design documentation
- ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- fluent English
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Great but not a must
- working experience with services offered by the cloud providers (Azure preferred)
- working experience with ML techniques
- working experience with NoSQL databases
- knowledge of software engineering and other programming languages/frameworks (e.g. Java, JavaScript)
- working experience with data presentation software
- working knowledge of Real Estate, Facilities, and Asset Management industry and practices, and technical knowledge of corporate real estate solutions.
