Job description
As the Product Owner you will be responsible for driving the process of growth for a specified Line of Business (Nethone Guard for Travel, Nethone Guard for Digital Lending, Nethone Guard for eCommerce etc.) within Nethone. You will work closely with clients and across the technical teams to deliver the value - being the clients’ ambassador within Nethone. You will be the specialist for the assigned/chosen Line of Business and drive development of Nethone closely cooperating with other Product Owners (defining shared goals, negotiating priorities and exchanging knowledge) and Technical Team Leaders (building functionalities, verifying progress and delivering the results).
Requirements
- Extensive Product/Project Ownership experience: 3+ years.
- Technical background/skills.
- Experience in data-driven organizations. Demonstrable ability to use data to drive projects initiatives and decisions. Highly analytical with the ability to maximize multiple OKRs across various teams.
- Extensive knowledge/experience of product development.
- A driven approach, with self-motivational skills that will move others to action and ability to exercise leadership.
- Ability to interact with internal & external stakeholders.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to negotiate priorities.
- Highly organized with an operational mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple issues simultaneously.
- Ability to influence decision making at all levels of the organization without formal reporting structure authority.
