Job description

IT Helpdesk (part-time) - the amount of working hours depends on the availability of the candidate and company's needs
PLN 20 - 30 per hour


Nethone is looking for IT Helpdesk to provide help and solving IT related issues on a daily basis. As a company, we are specialized in AI-driven business intelligence and fraud prevention. Nethone enables online merchants to sell more, earn more, and maximize every dollar they invest in risk management and customer acquisition. If you want to take care of our office equipment, investigate and solve different software/hardware issues, as well as keep track of our stock - join us!

Requirements
  • 1+ years of proven experience in a similar position,
  • Very good knowledge of Mac OS X and Linux operating systems,
  • Knowledge of IT equipment architecture,
  • Basic understanding of IT security practices,
  • Self-reliance and ability to organize your own work well,
  • Willingness to try new things and self-improve, as well as the ability to learn fast and grow,
  • Ability to communicate in English,
  • Fluent level of Polish,
  • Exceptional teamwork skills.
