Equity on top of salary.
You will be working on our flagship open source blockchain projects - Nethermind Ethereum, Nethermind Cortex (Eth2), Nethermind Baseline and deliver optimized and tested .NET Core code. You will be working with some of the world top blockchain researchers and core developers, solving challenging algorithmic and P2P networking problems. You will communicate in English daily with a fully remote team. The salary is calculated based on assumed 160 hours contributed monthly but you will have freedom to work more or less and in any irregular hours or days you wish (as long as you deliver on average 160 hours a month over longer period).
You will start by working on Eth1 improvements like support for new consensus algorithms, close Baseline protocol integrations, mining support, gRPC and WebSockets APIs improvements and further performance optimizations. You will also work on our Decentralized Marketplace backend.
