We are currently looking for a Senior Project Management Officer in the PMO-Talent Allocation Team.

What are the responsibilities of a Senior Project Management Officer?

providing talent allocation for Netguru’s project portfolio;
creating, managing, and optimizing the scheduling process in a fast-growing company;
cooperating with a broad range of internal stakeholders: Account and Project Management leaders and specialists, Engineering Managers, and developers’ leaders, as well as assisting them in reaching business goals with strategic talent allocation processes;
preparing documentation, summaries, reports, and automating processes;
using different tools and applications in the process of scheduling;
cooperating with vendors and suppliers;
last but not least: fostering a strong relationship with the Netguru team.

We want you to come on board if you have:

experience in the IT industry (must have);
experience in talent allocation (scheduling, staffing, resources allocation);
an excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+);
a very good command of written and spoken Polish (CEFR B2+);
professional work experience in project management, project coordination, or portfolio management;
outstanding organizational skills and confidence in managing complex tasks;
excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
the ability to react quickly to rapid changes and effectively manage your time.
