We are currently looking for a DevOps/Cloud Engineering Manager to work closely with our Delivery team.

You will:

Build and execute your team's strategy based on market trends and innovations.
- Build a community around Cloud services in Netguru among developers.

Mentor, motivate, and coach Cloud/DevOps team leaders on a daily basis.
- Ensure the high quality of Cloud services within the company and for external clients.
- Work closely with the Presales and Business Development teams to increase the impact of cloud-related services for Netguru.
- Partner with the Security Team to ensure compliance and with the Dev, QA, PM, and other tech teams to find efficiencies, increase performance, and educate on best practices.
- Last but not least: keep a strong focus on the automation and optimisation of delivered solutions.
You’re a perfect fit if you have:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in leading teams of 10+ DevOps or developers.
- Hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Software Development, building and/or overseeing scalable products.
- An understanding of the importance of architecture and infrastructure in the software delivery process.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in building and executing a team development strategy.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum C1 CEFR).
- Strong critical thinking ability – you don’t accept the status-quo and assertively strive to implement new solutions.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Optimism, strong communication and leadership skills, and a can-do attitude.
And it’s even better if you have:
- Prior experience working in the digital services segment.
- Experience in managing multiple DevOps projects for external clients.

AWS/Azure certifications to prove your track record.
- Hands-on experience with Continuous Delivery.
