Job description

Agile Practice Area (Agile Community of Practice), led by the Agile Practice Lead, is a relatively new team supporting our Project Delivery teams, as well as the whole wide organization on its path to agility. You might be working both directly with our clients and project teams, and the leaders of teams or departments.

Netguru does not follow a single Agile framework. We welcome various ideas and methods and believe in the adaptive shaping of our ways of working as we grow.

What are the responsibilities of an Agile Coach?

  • Being one of the key forces in Netguru to drive forward the ideas and methods of agility, self-organization, kaizen;
  • Helping our clients as an Agile consultant, aiming at a long-lasting change in their organization, and/or supporting internal teams and departments in Netguru, to enable further adoption of the Agile values, mindset, and practices;
  • Guiding others towards self-organization, continuous learning, and improvement;
  • Making data-driven decisions, providing analyses, insights, and recommendations to the teams you cooperate with;
  • Leading the change without formal power, building strong relations with various stakeholders;
  • Actively building a high-trust organizational culture;
  • Helping others grow into the role of a Scrum Master or Agile Coach as their future career advancement.

  • increased adoption of Agile values and practices that support their implementation in our project teams;
  • improved transparency and alignment in internal teams and increased Netguru’s capacity for adapting to changes;

Apply if you:

  • have deep experience in Agile practices, various frameworks, and methodologies, and in applying them to individuals, teams, and organizations to improve flexibility and efficiency;
  • know when to use an Agile framework, when to create a custom solution, and have a successful track record in both;
  • are experienced with Agile software development teams and have a proven track record of driving positive change; 
  • are a team player, experienced in giving useful feedback and growing others;
  • embrace the analytical data-driven approach with superb communication and facilitation experience; 
  • have experience in facilitating workshops, training, and mentoring
  • can communicate assertively and freely with employees and clients at all organizational levels; 
  • are self-organized, can create and manage your own backlog in order to maximize the value you provide;
  • are resilient and skilled in independent problem-solving;
  • have experience in working with distributed or remote teams;
  • have an excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+) – Polish not required;
  • are open to travel up to 2 weeks per quarter, in Poland or Europe.

It would be a plus if you:

  • knew and lived by the Radical Candor methods;
  • had an Agile transformation experience, change or transition management experience; 
  • knew Lean and/or Design thinking practices;
  • could show examples of previous conference presentations and/or publications;
