NeoGames, a leader in Online Real Money Gaming, is hiring a Data Architect to drive data architecture and modelling initiative. Join our Data & BI team to shape data from across game studios, game aggregation, lotteries, online casino, sportsbook, bingo, and managed services into our group Data Lake. This role is core to transforming data for current and future needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Data Product to consolidate and enhance the data dictionary
  • Drive Data Modelling initiatives for better implementation
  • Maintain detailed data documentation for internal and external assets
  • Establish standard modelling and data management tools.
  • Work across teams to ensure the Data Lake meets business needs
  • Support Data Quality in maintaining data quality indicators
  • Incorporate necessary controls for Security and Compliance
  • Contribute to the Data Strategy with a focus on reusability and simplification
  • Participate in the maintenance of Technology and Data roadmaps


Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a Data role within the iLottery, iGaming, or Sportsbook industries - MUST
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or Engineering.
  • Expertise in data modelling techniques
  • Proven track record in information architecture and governance
  • Experience with Data Modelling tools like Collibra, Erwin, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with RDMS, Columnar, NoSQL engines, and their performance
  • Experience with cloud architecture and tools (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Familiarity with orchestration tools like Apache AirFlow, dbt
  • Exposure to Snowflake ecosystem and stream data processing technologies considered assets
