NaturalAntibody is a company specializing in the development of computational methods for antibody-based drug discovery. Our goal is to understand the biology of antibody molecules, their therapeutic context, and how such knowledge can be translated to improved antibody therapy design. We pursue this goal by collecting, generating, and analyzing antibody data, with an end goal of applying our findings to antibody discovery.
You will apply your machine learning/statistical modeling skills to improve & accelerating the development of novel therapies. On the basis of NaturalAntibody data, you will develop predictive models in one of the areas of computational antibody characterization: structure, developability, or antibody-antigen recognition. You will conduct both scientific as well as software engineering work as a part of an agile team. You will work with a cross-disciplinary team, communicating results internally at the company but also to the external collaborators.
