For NATEK Poland we are looking for Business Analyst, who will be dedicated to an outsourcing project. Successful candidate would become a member of an Agile team within banking industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As business analyst on the position, you will work closely with customers, Product owner and Developers in the team. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Cooperation and communication with all stakeholders, like Product owner, customers, and suppliers
- Define and refine user stories in cooperation with the customers and the Product owner
- Drive the requirement management process, for example facilitate workshops
REQUIRED
- Regular or Senior experience in business analysis
- As the product is of technical nature you need to have a technical mindset
- Experience with organizational implementation
- SAFe & scrum (Kanban)
- Fluent English

- Technical understanding of mainframe and Java (nice to have)
