AI/ML Solutions Architect

Technology Office designs and executes industry-relevant inventions that allow organizations to realize exceptional business value from technology. We are looking for an energetic and passionate AI/ML Solutions Architect who can bring their experience and knowledge to our Technology Office team. As AI/ML Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to understand their business requirements, develop proof of concepts (PoCs) and proof of values (PoVs), and create scalable and innovative AI/ML architectures. Your expertise in AI/ML technologies and cloud platforms will be essential in delivering cutting-edge solutions and driving business outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in pre-sales activities, including preparing proposals, participating in client meetings, and conducting technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and AI/ML requirements, and provide strategic recommendations on AI/ML solution design and implementation.
• Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model development, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop PoCs and PoVs to showcase the value and feasibility of AI/ML solutions, demonstrating their impact on business processes and outcomes.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and leverage appropriate AI/ML algorithms, models, and frameworks.
• Architect scalable and efficient AI/ML pipelines and workflows, integrating various data sources and ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the process.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring compliance with best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cloud architects and infrastructure teams to leverage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services for AI/ML solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools, and evaluate their potential application in client projects.
• Develop service offerings and frameworks for AI/ML solution delivery, including reusable components, best practices, and implementation methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing, advising, and consulting
• Proven experience (2+ years) working as a AI/ML Solutions Architect or a similar role in a consulting environment.
• At least 8 years experience in IT with a focus on AI/ML Engineering.
• Energetic team player who works well across boundaries and readily adapts to change and enjoys rapid development
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, and deployment.
• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, NumPy).
• Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI Platform.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, including version control, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate) are highly desirable.
• Conversational English level (B2+)
• Software development-related degree or equivalent in education or experience
