We’re working with a market leading, global bank to recruit a Technical Lead for one of their cyber security programmes.

This is a B2B contract role and is initially running to end of November 2024 due the the client's end of financial year but there is a very high possibility of extension. The Bank supports flexible working and the role can be worked remotely from anywhere in Poland.

The Bank is invested in improving their overall IAM strategy and function and enhancing the security and integrity of key internal systems and data. As a Tech Lead you’ll work closely with other engineering and cyber security teams to ensure IAM processes are aligned with compliance requirements and the right controls are in place for each technology. You’ll develop and take leadership of a critical data collection process to gather user account info and ensure compliance from a privileged access control process.

Skills & Experience:

• In depth understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts and practices e.g. authentication, access control, authorisation.
• Experience implementing security measures to ensure compliance.
• Familiarity with scripting languages e.g. Shell, PowerShell.
• In addition to specific application software such as NetApp Data ONTAP, ONTAP Select, Veritas NetBackup, SAP & WAS. Familiarity with related technologies such as operating systems (e.g. Linux, Windows), networking protocols, scripting languages (e.g. Shell scripting, PowerShell), and database management systems (e.g. Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server) would be desirable. 
• In-depth knowledge of identity and access management principles and practices. Including authentication, authorisation & access control, particularly on the designated platform.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or similar, are a plus.
• Ability to adapt IAM processes and configurations to accommodate new compliance requirements introduced by platform changes.
• Proven track record of effectively communicating and coordinating with engineering counterparts to implement necessary adjustments to IAM controls.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• In addition to the tech experience, strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills are also important
