Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with a deep expertise in Java and Spring framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable system architectures, with significant experience in multithreading and processing large amounts of data. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient Java applications.
• Architect and implement systems capable of processing large amounts of data.
• Utilize multithreading to enhance application performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate closely with the team to define and refine product requirements.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices, including code reviews and testing.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute to team growth and process enhancements.
• Take ownership of projects and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Java and Spring framework: Deep understanding of Java and experience with Spring Boot and other Spring modules.
• Scalable Systems Architecture: Proven experience in designing and building architectures for scalable and high-performance systems.
• Multithreading and Concurrency: Strong knowledge and practical experience with multithreading and concurrency in Java.
• Big Data Processing: Experience in processing and managing large volumes of data efficiently.
• Startup Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of responsibility, self-organization, and proactiveness.
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to engage in discussions and share ideas.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and related technologies
