Job description

Intro

We are looking for an experienced and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our team. This job is fully remote, working part time is also possible. The candidate will be responsible for creating a seamless user centered digital journey by working closely with all internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

Participate in all phases of the project life cycle,
Maintain, guide, and communicate UX/UI consistency across products and platforms,
Creatively solve problems at all levels of detail,
Create UI design concepts and beautiful animations,
Collaborate on wireframe prototypes,
Present rationale for design decisions internally and to clients,
Transform complex operations into intuitive interfaces and interactions.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a UI/UX 2+ years as a Designer or similar role,
Creative ability to envision and articulate the user experience,
Knowledge of online browser/iOS/Android latest specs and their style guidelines,
Up-to-date knowledge of design software such as Adobe Xd, Illustrator and Photoshop, Sketch, InVision and other best-in class industry tools,
Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Extra points

Knowledge of Agile is a plus,
Strong Motion Design portfolio is a huge plus
