We are looking for sharp analytical minds who will join our
mTab Analyst Development Program offers the unique opportunity to sharpen your analytical and interpersonal skills. You’ll have the chance to follow your development path within program’s core disciplines:
Dedicated path
You’ll start with a 3 months onboarding training on a Junior level. It will involve close guidance from your manager and collaboration with your new teammates to ensure you are consistently responding to feedback and excelling for our business.
We expect you to achieve Regular level within first 12 months.
As a next step you’ll be assigned to more complex projects. We expect you to achieve Advanced Regular level within next 12 months, to become Senior as a next step.
Who is the program dedicated to?
We’re looking for those with exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, as well as strong team players who are proactive, flexible and want to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll need a quantitative degree, such as economics, econometrics, maths, statistics, cognitive science, computer science or engineering and related. From our perspective – it doesn’t matter if you’re a fresh Graduate, already have some experience in business or you’re changing your career path, as long as you feel comfortable and have an ability to understand, analyse and transform data and you are a people person.
