    Responsibilites and Tasks:

    • Leading a team of Master Data Specialists ensuring service delivery with expected service objectives, compliance with internal customer´s SLAs, and quality.
    • Ensuring Master Data team enforces Global Masterdata Governance and follows global masterdata guidelines and rules.
    • Organizing, supervising and delegating day-to-day team operational activities.
    • Be first point of contact for the team: from system related issues, solving operational issues & effectively handling escalation.
    • Recruiting, training, developing & motivating employees.
    • Building strong relationship with key stakeholders and cooperating closely with local businesses to align masterdata practices with business objectives and provide input to Global Masterdata Manager.
    • Ensure internal customer service satisfaction with regular surveys and improvement actions.
    • Building continuous improvement mind-set in the team by challenging the status quo to look for most efficient ways of working, promoting digitalization and contributing to the design and optimization of data workflows
    • Participating or leading the projects and initiatives where Master Data input is required and brings added value.
    • Securing creation & archive of operational and training documentation to enable knowhow sharing and improvement.
    • Securing creation & execution of internal controls to mitigate risks.
    • Providing regular 1-2-1 feedbacks to team members on their performance and development.

    Key Competences:

    • At least 3 years of experience in Master Data Management
    • Very good command of the English language (min. B2)
    • Experience in team management
    • Solid knowledge of end-to-end vendor & customer Master Data processes
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to manage complexity, prioritize tasks effectively with an enthusiastic can-do attitude
    • Good knowledge of M3 will be a huge advantage
    • Experience in PowerBI, SQL would be an additional advantage
    • Experience in SSC will be a plus
    • Nice to have: knowledge of French, Japanese or Chinese
