Responsibilites and Tasks:

• Creating and maintaining customer, vendor, employee Master Data records in accordance with MOWI process standards
• Ensuring that Master Data requests are handled according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Communicating with data owner if corrective actions need to be taken
• Performing clean-up activities in ERP systems
• Keeping documentation for realizing processes updated
• Back up team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager
• Performing other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager

Key Competences:

• Very good command of the English language (min. B2)
• Details oriented – accuracy, data consistency
• Good Excel skills
• Problem Solving and good analytical skills
• Team player & eager to learn
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Availability for shift work
• Good knowledge of M3 will be a huge advantage
• Experience in SSC will be a plus
• Nice to have: knowledge of French, Chinese or Japanese
