We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our team and help us create elegant and efficient web applications.

You are - ideally:
- Experienced with Python 3
- Experienced with web frameworks, preferably Django + REST framework
- Knowledgeable in SQL databases, especially Postgres
- Experienced in technical leadership of project teams
- Focused on writing clean & SOLID code
- Have knowledge of the whole lifecycle of projects (kickoff, deploy to production → maintenance)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ready to discuss and iterate your ideas during code reviews
- Open to learn and discover new ways of solving problems
- Ready to jump on a call with a client with no hesitation
Big +
- Knowledge of docker
- Mentoring and company wide knowledge-sharing
- Experience with app deployment e.g using Heroku or AWS
- Knowledge of CI/CD platforms eg.CircleCI
You will:
- Work closely with the client and team to build state-of-the-art web projects
- Drive innovation and improvements in our projects and development processes

- Coordinate tech initiatives, share knowledge during our PyCoffees, and expand our KBM

Salary:
15 000 - 25 000 + VAT (B2B Contract)
or 12 450 - 20 750 PLN gross on an employment contract (UoP)
Negotiable depending on skills, experience and your potential.
