About us:

Since 2011 we have been providing software solutions in the area of eCommerce. Specialising in creating and optimising online stores on Magento platform. We have implemented both custom and scalable software. This year we have become an official Magento & Adobe partner.

Project Description:

The E-Commerce Service Manager leads the internal and external team to deliver the day to day operations of our E-commerce landscape to ensure the system is secure, content changes are applied, the core software is continually upgraded and all measured by KPI.

He/She ensures that new market rollouts & system upgrades are completed on time and in budget by working with the impacted business units to reach the agreed goals.

He/she manages the effective allocation of work between multiple suppliers and monitors their performance, capacity and the capabilities.

He/she must carry out regular system reviews with the business units using/influencing the e-commerce systems and explain KPI, Future upgrade work, Align plans and submit realistic Budgeting at Financial planning periods. Define and carry out regular recovery testing to ensure that system availability at all times, including scenarios where the site is compromised, hardware and software failure. The role takes ownership of the budget, PR/PO/GR process and ensures that all planned spend is used or returned for other business investment opportunities. KPI will include; use of IT Service Now and PMF frameworks, e-commerce content update, system uptime, system performance under load, system recovery testing & security issues resolution.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or strong IT background, plus additional business education
  • 5+ years of IT management (including people management)
  • Good working knowledge of business and e-commerce processes
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Solid knowledge of technology used within e-commerce solutions, specifically Magento
  • Basics understanding of ERP and CRM systems
  • Competent Microsoft Office Suite Inc.

Additional requirements:

  • Ability to Travel between Lublin and Warsaw (50/50)
  • Ability to Travel to European and USA
  • Use and management of Magento Community and Enterprise edition
  • Application Lifecycle management and Quality assurance methodology experience
  • Vendor & Business Relationship management

Salary: 120 000 - 180 000 zł net B2B + VAT / Up to 144 000 zł UoP (gross) per year!
