    As a Senior Manager, Workday Talent Technology based in Warsaw, you will lead and manage the development of all Workday related digital projects and initiatives in support of the Talent Management functional areas, including operational reporting. Your expertise will be pivotal in delivering digital Talent Management solutions in Workday, closely collaborating with product owners and key business stakeholders. We seek a highly driven individual with a proven track record of success in high-growth, fast-paced environments.


    Here's What You’ll Do:

    Your key responsibilities will be:

    • Partner closely with HR People Platform team to lead and deliver digital talent solutions, projects, enhancements, and optimizations in a Workday-based environment.
    • Manage and deliver projects and configuration from initiation through post-implementation, including end-to-end design, configuration, testing, deployment, and operational improvements.


    Your responsibilities will also include:

    • Serve as a functional expert for your area and support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
    • Establish robust governance of technology platforms to drive continuous improvement and proactively identify better solutions.
    • Function fully independently, with proactive reporting of progress and escalation of issues as needed.
    • Successfully collaborate with team members and communicate effectively about timelines to deliver work efficiently and reliably.

    Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)

    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
    • 5+ years of strong hands-on consulting or industry experience delivering Workday solutions through all stages of the delivery lifecycle
    • Strong project management and business analysis skills
    • Fluency in English


    Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)

    • Hands on experience delivering Workday solutions through all stages of the delivery lifecycle
    • Former Workday implementor certified or pro certified in Talent Management modules
    • Strong understanding of the end-to-end functional HR business processes and the ability to connect the dots between process and technology
    • Familiarity with other Workday modules (talent acquisition, core HCM, learning or other areas)
    • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
    • Proven ability to build strong relationship, influence and collaborate with stakeholders
    • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
