Job Description

Our Customer is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the financial market, specializing in remote payments. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our newly formed team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Java back-end development, with a focus on Angular for the front end. This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects at the forefront of the financial technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and developing robust, scalable, and secure applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary, globally distributed Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Communicating effectively with customers and project stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress.
• Building and maintaining RESTful APIs, integrating front-end and back-end components, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Implementing best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment automation using tools such as Gitlab CI/CD, Docker containers, and Splunk for monitoring logs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Java programming language, with experience in the latest versions of Spring Boot and Angular.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and Angular for building dynamic user interfaces.
• Experience with back-end development, including building RESTful APIs, NoSQL databases, and using Swagger for API documentation.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, with experience using Jira for issue tracking.
• Familiarity with deployment automation using Gitlab CI/CD, Docker containers, and monitoring tools like Splunk.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team environment.

Additional Information:

• This is a hybrid work opportunity, requiring attendance at the customer's office in Warsaw twice a week for team relationship-building purposes.
• Due to the nature of our work in the financial market, candidates will be subject to detailed background screening including education, employment history, and criminal record.
