You + Miquido =
- updating / development / improvement of existing websites and creating new ones based on CMS: WordPress
- creating complex design systems for websites
- website optimization for RWD and UX
- creating wireframes
- designing beautiful interfaces for Miquido’s websites according to user needs & business requirements
- supporting and participating in workshops & calls to understand user needs better and bring value to projects
- communicating with clients to ensure that user interests and business needs are equally met
- leading and coordinating design projects, including direct contact with clients and POs
You can be the perfect match for us, if you have:
- at least 2 yrs of experience in website design, documented with a strong social portfolio (e.g. Dribbble) of outstanding projects
- ability to speak English with confidence and communicate easily
- experience in building positive relationships with clients
- stay up to date on emerging trends in online consumer behaviour, design guidelines and principles
- amazing time management and organisational skills
- can effectively share knowledge with the team (teamwork means a lot to us)
- Sketch and Zeplin or Figma knowledge
- knowledge of UX design principles for websites
- creativity, knowledge of the rules of composition and a sense of aesthetics
It can be love at first sight if you also have:
- knowledge of SEO principles in website design
- knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
- experience in creating a brand visual identity
- experience in motion and interaction design
- ability to lead projects by yourself
- experience in doing research and conducting usability tests
- support in the design of various marketing materials (digital / print)

- 8,400 – 12,600 PLN net B2B or 7,000 – 10,600 gross CoE
- training budget of 3000 PLN per year + 5 extra training days off
