DUTIES
- automated testing (mobile apps & web services)
- design and implement functional automated test scripts
- integration and performance tests
- execute automated and manual tests of systems
- execute penetration (security) testing with the requirements and standards of the OWASP (The Open Web Application Security Project)
- working on test process improvement and test automation;
- analysis of project documentation
- bugs reporting via Jira, Asana or other issue tracker
- willingness to business travel
- take care of trainees and Juniors
REQUIREMENTS
- min. 2-3 years of commercial experience on a similar position
- strong experience of QA practices
- working experience of testing in Agile/ Scrum methodologies
- knowledge of issue tracking (eg. Jira, Asana, Trello, TestLink/ TestRail)
- experience with REST/ SOAP API testing
- experience with DB: SQL, ORACLE, PostgreSQL
- experience with Swagger, Postman, Charles/ Fiddler
- experience with code versioning systems (eg. Git, Subversion)
- experience with automating tests using tools like:
- Selenium WebDriver
- Appium, Calabash
- Apache Jmeter
- Continuous Integration
- knowledge OWASP and other norms
- proven knowledge of SDLC
- problem-solving and analytical thinking
- ability to interact and work closely with the development team
- fluency English skills (spoken and written)
Nice to have:
- ISTQB (Advanced Level)
- experience with Android Studio and Xcode
- appreciated knowledge of one programming language: Python, Java, PHP, JavaScript, Perl, Bash
- experience in Mobile applications testing
