SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEADER
Place of work: WARSAW
Responsibilities:
- Organization and monitoring of the Software Development department;
- Management and creation of a team of diverse cultural and linguistic programmers;
- Mentoring, goal orientation and employee development;
- Supervising the implementation of projects: planning work, delegating tasks in accordance with the competencies and predispositions of employees;
- Planning, creating solutions that improve the efficiency of the Software Development department;
- On-going substantive support of the team and verification of the level of task implementation;
- Ensuring high standards of programming quality;
- Direct reporting to the CEO.
If you are a person who:
- He is fluent in English and has experience in everyday language work;
- Has a min. 3 years of experience in a similar position as a team leader;
- Is familiar with the subject of new information technologies (cryptocurrencies) and programming;
- Has the skills to create new solutions;
- Can perfectly organize and manage the work of the subordinate team;
- Has organizational skills, can work under time pressure;
- Is open, proactive with a sense of humor and is creative;
- Is ready for business travel.
