Job description

Your role:

  • Customer Facing Support
  • Fluent French or German

  • Providing support to EMEA customers in all products and post-sales support services,
  • Maintaining the European Centre of excellence for all supported products,
  • Being responsible for specific project work,
  • Responding to complex incidents both verbally and in writing,
  • Using formal escalation process and troubleshooting methodologies in implementation and Day 2 Support incidents,
  • Designing, implementing and troubleshooting MS Lync and Skype for Business,
  • Managing and maintaining Exchange,
  • Developing technical bulletins and operational procedures.
