MH Sp. z o.o. is a software and services provider based in Poznan. We develop innovative software solutions for various industries and provide all kinds of services for our customers based in the German-speaking DACH region. We are currently looking for an employee to fill the position of Technical Customer Service for a project based on system solutions for fitness, wellness, swimming pools and leisure facilities.
The job profile includes responsibility for answering customer enquiries, finding technical advice and conducting engineering analysis. The position's role is also about providing support during installation and configuration of the solution as well as ensuring excellent customer experience.
Main tasks:

Main tasks:
- Solving technical support cases reported by customers (IT)
- Installation and configuration of the in-house software
- Maintenance and operation of the IT infrastructure (server, storage, network, desktop, etc.)
- Responsibility for incoming calls during opening hours, participation in the on-call service
- Configuration of the modern cloud solution
- Setting up interfaces
- Support of the existing application support
- Support in the realisation of projects
Candidate's profile:
- Background in computer science (system knowledge: Windows Server, SQL, Hyper-V)
- Ideally basic knowledge of the programming language C# or Java
- Strong service and customer orientation with an affinity for providing solutions
- Structured working method and flexible, communicative, independent and open-minded personality
- Enjoyment in customer contact and very good verbal skills
- Very good knowledge of German, written and spoken (C2/C1)
- Good written and spoken English language skills (at least B2)
