Senior Project Manager
What you'll do:
You’ll be working with clients and project teams in an agile way. Your goal will be to create the best value of the product by coordinating, supporting, and motivating your teams. Your main tools will be Scrum or Scrumban, while your main activities will include managing budget, risks, and changes in the project.

You’ll be working with clients and project teams in an agile way. Your goal will be to create the best value of the product by coordinating, supporting, and motivating your teams. Your main tools will be Scrum or Scrumban, while your main activities will include managing budget, risks, and changes in the project.
Who you are (requirements):
- you have at least 5 years of experience in project management including not less than 3 years in web development
- you have excellent knowledge of frameworks/methodologies like Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban
- you have excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum C1)
- you have excellent communication and presentation skills
- you have excellent ability to manage priorities and risks on project level
- you have excellent motivation and negotiation skills
- you have managed with success project scope and change control
- you have problem-solving skills and an analytical mind
- you are mentor for others
What we'd like to see:
- professional Scrum Master(PSM I or higher)/Product Owner certificate (PSPO I or higher)
- practical experience in Jira and Confluence
- experience in managing projects with various stacks used in Merixstudio
- experience in working for different industries
- experience in processes optimization
