Scrum Master
You’ll be supporting the Development Teams and Product Owners in delivering value according to the three pillars of empiricism. Your goal will be to hold the team accountable for effectiveness by enabling them to improve their practices within the Scrum framework. Also, you will be responsible for utilizing the values and practices of Scrum to ensure that the Scrum process is used as intended within the team but also promote it within the entire organization.

You’ll be supporting the Development Teams and Product Owners in delivering value according to the three pillars of empiricism. Your goal will be to hold the team accountable for effectiveness by enabling them to improve their practices within the Scrum framework. Also, you will be responsible for utilizing the values and practices of Scrum to ensure that the Scrum process is used as intended within the team but also promote it within the entire organization.
Who you are (requirements):
- you have practical experience as a SM,
- you are experienced in processes optimization,
- you have a strong command of written and spoken English (minimum B2),
- you’ve served the Product Owner and Development Team in their pursuit to maximize the product value,
- you’ve guided the team on self-organizing to fully realize the potential of Agile/Scrum frameworks,
- you cause the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress,
- you facilitate completion of tasks and goals without using coercion, assigning, or dictating tasks,
- you provide support and education to the Product Owner with respect to refinement and maintaining the product backlog,
- you provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.
What we'd like to see:
- experience in guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices,
- experience in with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information,
- ability to build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving,
- strong communication, decision making, and conflict resolution skills,
- experience in coaching the team and organization to higher levels of maturity,
- professional Scrum Master, Agile Certifications,
- practical experience in Jira and Confluence,
- good presentation and facilitation skills,
- strong experience in processes optimization,
- proactive approach.
