What you’ll do
📌 Heads up before you apply!
This is a project-based recruitment – your contract will be linked to the duration of our collaboration with the client. Once the project ends, your contract with Merixstudio will also end. We expect the cooperation to be long-term: the project is planned until the end of 2025, with a potential extension into Q1 2026.
The recruitment process consists of two steps:
a 30–45 min intro call with HR
a technical interview (around 1h)
Now, let’s talk about a project.
You’ll be joining a long-term initiative for a UK-based client in the hospitality management industry. The product is a complex, multi-module platform supporting daily operations of hotels and accommodation providers – from bookings and invoicing, to staff and guest communication.
The goal? Build a tailor-made platform from scratch for managing premium guest experiences and hotel attractions – think mud spas, horse riding, wellness rituals and more.
The stack? The platform is being developed using technologies like Node.js, AWS, GitHub, and Keycloak, with NodeJS SuperAgent used for API handling.
You’ll work alongside a dedicated cross-functional team and collaborate directly with the client-side Product Owner. We follow Scrum and put strong emphasis on product thinking – we’re looking for someone who not only tests features but cares about how the product works, how it’s used and how to make it better.
