Regular Java/Kotlin Developer
You will join our new team and have a unique opportunity to build Merixstudio's Java and Kotlin development standards & good practices. You'll be working on mature microservices-based applications using the JVM platform. When it comes to personal growth, you can expect quality internal and external training; code reviews done by dedicated Team Leaders, and, what's most important, solid collaborative culture.
Who you are (requirements):
Regular Java/Kotlin Developer
You will join our new team and have a unique opportunity to build Merixstudio's Java and Kotlin development standards & good practices. You'll be working on mature microservices-based applications using the JVM platform. When it comes to personal growth, you can expect quality internal and external training; code reviews done by dedicated Team Leaders, and, what's most important, solid collaborative culture.
Who you are (requirements):
- you have commercial experience in web applications development, using Java or Kotlin
- you know how to build modern, secure and efficient APIs
- you are familiar with design patterns and principles of delivering high quality, maintainable and testable code
- you are familiar with using Docker and docker-compose
- knowledge of at least one relational and non-relational database
- proficiency in at least one of the frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Vert.x, Micronaut)
- you are fluent in both spoken and written English
What we'd like to see:
- knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda) or Google Cloud services
- ability to write unit tests and debug applications
- experience in using Hibernate or similar tool
