Job description
The tech lead will, together with our CTO, be responsible for the development process and the tech team in Memcare. It is a key role in the organization and will be a member of the company's extended management team.
We are looking for candidates with extensive experience from IT development and management and delivery of larger IT solutions in multiple markets.
Skills & tasks
- Managing of the day-to-day running of our development team and external contractors.
- Programming (delivering code)
- Handling large operational processes, e.g. problem and change management, capacity management and performance management.
- Great self-management skills; productive, reliable, dependable
- Strong teamwork skills, ability to learn and teach
- Good Verbal/written communication skills in English and Polish (English is the working language, a third language is an advantage)
- Developer experience using React / React Native / Redux and Ruby on Rails (backend)

- Participate in all phases of the product development process
