We are looking for candidates with extensive experience developing web-based applications and has a passion for excellence and attention to detail.
An ideal candidate will deliver code from day 1, wants to join our start up team and be an early team member building a new technology company!
Our technology stack is Ruby on Rails backend, and React / React native frontend.
We have a (very) high test coverage percentage.

- Extensive developer experience using Rails on an Expert level
- Ability to make key decisions and lead the development team
- Great self-management skills; productive, reliable, dependable & pro-active
- Strong teamwork skills, ability to learn and teach
- Good Verbal/written communication skills in English
- Participate in the whole product development process
