We are a Swedish SaaS, company headquartered in Linkoping with a couple of offices in Europe, US, and Australia.

Due to our strong growth, we now need to extend the team with a SCRUM MASTER at our R&D lab in Kraków responsible for the teams who develop our SaaS Service MediusFlow. 

 

Medius RnD are developing using Agile and DevOps practices and our tech stack is based on .Net and Microsoft Azure. The job is to lead the teams making sure they have what they need to work at their best. (this includes SCRUM ceremonies, agile practices, recruitments, work with people development etc.)

 

We believe that you have a solid background within software development and with a passion for doing this through a team of highly skilled people making sure that they deliver excellent results.

 

 It’s important that you know the inside-outs of both Agile development as well as managing people. 

 

Medius RnD have labs in Kraków Poland, Sweden and United States.

                                                                                                    SCRUM MASTER

What will you do?

-         Facilitate Scrum and Agile ceremonies 

-         Resolve conflicts and impediments in teams 

-         Guide development teams to higher agile maturity 

-         Report progress and issues towards given targets 

-         Help teams with the recruitment of new members  

-         Manage people  

What kind of experience should you have?

-         Prior experience in software development projects, scrum master or project manager (at least 3 years) 

-         Have actively work with agile methodologies – Scrum, Lean etc.  

-         Have strong project management skills with good results 

-         Technical background (developer, testing/quality control) is a plus 

-         Experience of managing people 

-         Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English
