We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst experiences in driving projects and managing full lifecycle business requirements from requirements gathering to solution delivery.

This position is full time and you can work out of any of our Swedish offices or from Krakow.

What will you do?
- Act as an interface between business operations and technical teams such as integration & development team.
- Analyse new requirements and create requirements specifications as preparation for new developments
- Working close with development teams – answering questions, testing, documenting etc.
- Connect development with pilot customers to facilitate good feedback between the customers and the team.
- Prioritization and planning of new features based on requirements and resources.
What you need to bring to the table:
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, accounting or finances
- Strong ability to convert business demand into structured requirements with clear logic and process mindset.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude and a good understanding of IT environments.
- Strong ability to dive into details, to find solutions and solve problems.
- Strong communication skills, verbally and written, ability to communicate with customers as well as developers.
- Confidence in contact with stakeholders, clients, and other employees, ability to follow-up and obtain feedback regarding new features
- Self-motivated and self-sufficient – able to drive activities without micromanagement.
- Experience of insight and analytics is an advantage.
- Understanding of Agile methodology is an advantage.
- Experience of IT-projects is an advantage.
