The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ECMAScript 2018)
  • 4+ years of commercial experience within web development
  • 2+ years of commercial backend experience with NodeJS or Golang
  • Experience in a testing (Jest/Mocha, Chai, Sinon, others)
  • Experience with NoSQL/SQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, others)
  • Experience with in-memory databases (Redis)
  • Experience in any NodeJS backend frameworks (Express.js - preferred, Koa.js, others)
  • Knowledge about AWS services
  • Knowledge about the Serverless concept and Serverless framework
  • Desire to follow and set best practices and coding standards
  • A positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, a sense of humor, and an interest in working with others
  • English level min. B2 language skills

      Great to have:
  • Experience with React/Redux/Webpack
  • Experience with GraphQL
  • Experience with AWS services
  • Experience with Serverless framework
  • Experience in working with Scrum methodology
  • Knowledge about GitHub/GitLab workflows and JIRA + Confluence
