Project description:
- key role in teaching organizations how to carry out effective team agile transformation
- trains team to shape the adaptive culture of the team
- creates a safe environment for easier overcoming problems
- support for the Product Owner in release planning and backlog management
- solves problems arising in the process of transforming agile methodologies within team
- team support for ease of communication and cooperation
- implements an efficient process, rules and practices at all levels of the team/organization
Requirements:
- trainer skills in agile practices to ensure maximum business value
- 2 years experience as an Agile Coach or similar experience of Agile development
- knowledge of relevant domains, products, journeys
- ease of communicating thoughts in an accessible way and strongly developed communication skills
- ability to maximize team potential through active coaching (innovative thinking and team self-improvement)
- mentoring skills to prevent conflicts in the team ( strong mediator)
- brings an energy and leadership skills to timely perform team agile transformation
