Tasks:
- Work multi-nationally across our European markets within a well-known global brand
- Manage projects within the Finance Optimization Program in Europe
- Transformation projects for the financial services industry
- Cooperate effectively with local and regional finance teams, Digital & IT teams and suppliers across Europe
- Challenge existing thinking in a positive and constructive way
- Build credibility and trust through experience and personal style
- Work with a wide range of stakeholders
Requirements:
- Project Management and Change Management skills
- Skilled in leading people and or teams, without direct managerial authority
- Ability to dynamically manage scope, time, quality and delivery
- Team player and ability to work with several projects simultaneously
- Able to take the initiative, demonstrates confidence in his/her own abilities
- Experienced networker with a holistic view and good negotiating skills
- Target-oriented with a strong drive for results
- Good communication skills and ability to work and interact with a wide variety of colleagues
- Advanced level of English (oral/written)
- Understanding the hierarchy and not being scared to escalate issues
- Strong communicator at all levels within the organization
