Requirements:

Project Management and Change Management skills
Skilled in leading people and or teams, without direct managerial authority
Ability to dynamically manage scope, time, quality and delivery
Team player and ability to work with several projects simultaneously
Able to take the initiative, demonstrates confidence in his/her own abilities
Experienced networker with a holistic view and good negotiating skills
Target-oriented with a strong drive for results
Good communication skills and ability to work and interact with a wide variety of colleagues
Advanced level of English (oral/written)
Understanding the hierarchy and not being scared to escalate issues
Strong communicator at all levels within the organization
