Work directly and collaborate with other product owners, system engineers, program managers, developers, testers, and customers to define features and technical user stories
Support an Agile Software Development process, working in conjunction with end users / stakeholders, technical delivery team and program / project manager
Work closely with counterparts in Product Management to align on the vision, program backlog, and roadmap
Acting as stakeholder of specific product backlog items, work closely with development teams to ensure the output to be aligned with expectations
Providing a business perspective on value during day-to-day development
Work with a diverse set of stakeholders to track, manage, and resolve technical issues
Assist in customer workshops and strategic RFX
Provide week-to-week tactical objectives to scrum team, and provide quick JIT decisions to system level questions and defect triage
In liaison with program manager, define the roadmap and prioritise the backlog of work to meet the vision in a timely manner to ensure market, business, and ‘customer’ demands
Drive and own backlog grooming and management, prioritize the iteration and drive acceptance testing and delivery of iteration
Provide key performance metrics to the senior management on the deliveries and benefits realisation of change implementations
Take responsibility for the development of ongoing enhancements, create, and prioritize user stories with the agile teams
Work with Program Management and leadership to support new requirements
Maximizing the work of the development team
Requirements:
Agile service management experience in running feature teams with Kanban, SCRUM or other Agile methodology
Experience in best practices for iterative service release and communications
Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Teams
Technical proficiency in service solution design including custom solutions in Azure utilizing Azure services as needed
Power Apps (including Power BI) experience required
Desired skills:
Any Project Management qualification
Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist certification and additional Microsoft technical certifications in SharePoint, Exchange
