Lead Frontend Engineer

Job Description 

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Software Engineer to contribute to the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge payment platform. The ideal candidate will be proficient in front-end technologies, possess a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, and have a passion for creating seamless user experiences. As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients and customers.

What you'll be doing:

1. Architect the front-end strategy by designing scalable and maintainable solutions using modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js
2. Be the owner of FE strategy across the company
3. Utilize TypeScript for robust and type-safe development
4. Collaborate with design teams to translate UI/UX designs into functional web applications
5. Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
6. Obsessive attention to detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect applications 
7. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices
8. Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and industry trends
9. Knowledge of micro front-end and distributed applications is highly desirable

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2. Proven experience as a Frontend Software Engineer or similar role
3. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries (Vue.js, React.js, etc.)
4. Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
5. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
8. Strong capability in both written and verbal English
