Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join a long-term migration program for a leading global company in the financial technology sector. The role involves coordinating the migration of a diverse portfolio of applications as part of an enterprise-wide infrastructure transformation.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead assigned application migrations end-to-end – from discovery to production cutover
• Define “as-is” and “to-be” architectures and migration strategies
• Coordinate across infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams
• Oversee environment builds (dev to prod) and infrastructure readiness
• Manage risks, technical dependencies, and ensure quality documentation
• Guide cross-functional teams and remove technical blockers

Requirements

• Strong experience in application or infrastructure migration projects
• Broad technical knowledge: containers, CI/CD, networking, firewalls, TLS
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure and hybrid deployment models
• Ability to coordinate cross-team technical deliverables
• Fluent in English (Polish is a plus)
• Experience with payment systems or regulated enterprise environments is a plus
