QA Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Manual QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing high-traffic banking applications, both web and mobile, ensuring quality and reliability for hundreds of thousands of end-users.

You will work closely with developers, analysts, and QA peers to design, execute, and report on functional, integration, and API-level tests. The ideal candidate will have solid manual testing experience, good knowledge of service-level testing, and strong attention to detail.

Main responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of complex web and mobile banking applications
• Design and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements
• Conduct integration and API-level tests using tools like Postman or SoapUI
• Report and track bugs, support developers in defect resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and monitor test activities
• Contribute to automation efforts where applicable
• Maintain structured documentation for test cases and results

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manual and/or integration testing
• Proficiency with service-level testing using Postman or SoapUI
• Solid understanding of web and mobile application architecture
• Basic SQL knowledge for database validation
• Experience with test lifecycle tools such as JIRA
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Degree in Computer Science or other technical field (or in progress)

Nice to have:

• Background in banking or financial services projects
• Exposure to test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium)
• Basic understanding of programming fundamentals
