AS A TECHNICAL MANAGER AT MACRIX YOU WILL:
- Supervise and oversee the technical aspects of projects,
- Collaborate with the customer, product team and development team,
- Determine project goals and priorities with management and other involved stakeholders,\
- Support in estimations and offers preparations,
- Analyze risks and actual performance against the plan and make adjustments consistent with plan and business objectives,
- Recommend technology stack, tools and standards that increase productivity,
- Assist in critical problems, software, hardware and personnel decisions on a project and on the organization level,
- Ensure continuous development and improvement of the ongoing project activities,
- Be a mentor and role model for less experienced colleagues.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- 5+ years’ experience in an engineering role,
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience,
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Agile & Scrum,
- Experience with requirements gathering, prioritization and documentation,
- Strong technical and analytical skills with strong critical thinking and problem-solving background in engineering or related disciplines,
- Knowledge of complex systems with multiple product lines and integrations with external systems,
- Full system development life cycle hands-on understanding: analysis, designing, coding, testing, performance tuning and documentation,
- The ability to juggle a number of things at once and deliver to a tight deadline,
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills,

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
