Data Analyst

Data Analyst provides relevant support on analytics and reporting subjects to wide range of local and central teams inside a specific business function.

He/she is responsible as well to coordinate all requests that have an impact on central Data & Analytic team.

Main responsibilities:

• Be the Marketing analytical functional leader, involved in the main discussions with Central Data team on new evolution requests, data management, best practice sharing.
• Provide full support to all Group MKTG Product Owners as Business Data Analyst
• Guide subsidiaries in implementing new dashboards & reports that can support local monitoring activities
• Build and develop solutions that could anticipate the needs of central and local teams
• Provide ad-hoc support for projects and initiatives where problem-solving and/or strong analytical skills are needed

Qualifications & skills:

• 5+ year experience working in data related field, experience working as a data analyst leveraging BI.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Structured yet agile approach – with knowledge of the scrum agile methodology.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Business acumen.
• Able to work in cross-functional teams and various level of stakeholders (from subject matter experts to senior leadership).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
