IT System Analyst - ecommerce
Main Responsibilities:
- Senior System Analyst in Scrum Team to provide high quality deliverables
- Elaborate features and transform them into stories for the implementation backlog in order to enable the team to implement solutions that will meet the needs and definition of done
- Being an Expert in System Analysis around ecommerce platforms
- Being team member in the Scrum Team/Squad to deliver real business value by writing epics, stories or delivering IT service in expected SLA/KPIs
- Understanding how E2E solution totally supports business processes
- Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
- Being an Expert in System (PIM, ERP, ecom platforms) capabilities to design solutions which supports business requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven track record as Senior System Analysts
- Experience with detailed and complex epics and user stories
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- ITIL knowledge
- Solid understanding of business analysis and business architecture methodologies and techniques and their practical application, particularly analytical thinking and problem solving
- Strong analytical skills, ability to discover requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches
- Fluency in English—verbal and written
