Job description

As a member of our engineering team in Research & Development Centre in Krakow you will participate in the development of the modern online platform TalentLink. You will help us deliver the best solutions to our famous global customers and participate in the life of a growing and successful international software company.

Responsibilities

Design, code and execute automated test scripts
Develop and execute software test plans
Analyses test results and recommends corrective action
Provide documentation of test results and develop post-test reports
Closely cooperate with developers for effective correction of software
Provide technical advice regarding use of automated tools and processes
Analyses and writes test standards and procedures to contribute to the improvement of processes and to the metrics used to monitor the quality and coverage of our testing
Responsibility for all stages of testing to ensure that products are released to or above the agreed standard and coverage

Requirements and the individual

Must have

Experience in design and execution of automated and manual tests of a software products
Knowledge of Selenium framework
Good problem solving and analytical thinking
Demonstrable knowledge of software engineering
BTS tools experience - preferably Jira
Experience of testing web based products is desirable
Good written and oral English

Nice to have

Test tools experience (SoapUI/Protractor/RessAssured)
Programing skills (e.g. Java/Ruby/Python)
Good knowledge of SQL
Experience of testing multi-lingual and globally implemented systems would be an advantage
Working experience of testing in agile methodologies, in particular SCRUM would be a distinct advantage
