As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of applications supporting pilots and crew operations. You will work as a 2nd line support for Pegma application. This means that you will be directly contributing to the efficient and safe operations of some of the most renowned airlines in the world.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow as an expert in integration. Integration is a fascinating field that spans various IT layers, allowing you to gain a deep understanding of how different technologies and systems work together seamlessly.

• In first months, comprehensive introduction into Pegma administration, (dev/test/prod environments in Azure cloud),
• Expert in the team of specialists who take care of Pegma application for Lufthansa Group companies,
• Managing systems that have real impact for flight operations,
• Participation in interesting projects – our team is supporting various airlines in different scopes of crew management,
• Ensuring continuous availability of systems,
• Supporting ground and flight crew,
• Coordinate work between end users and 3rd line support,
• Incident, problem and change management– be our expert in 2nd line of support.

Who are you?

• Understanding of content delivery systems (experience with Volabase Library would be a plus),
• Advanced experience with Unix log analysis,
• Experience in working with Azure cloud,
• Familiarity with oAuth,
• Experience working with Active Directory/User roles administration,
• Very good experience with user incident management,
• Curiosity to learn new tools and systems,
• Experience in the flight operation ecosystem or willingness to learn,
• University degree,
• Willingness to travel,
• Experience in working with non-Polish speaking users,
• Proficiency in English and Polish (both written and spoken).

• Good understanding of overall Pegma ecosystem. Understanding of all tools in pipeline.
